   • Refunds for Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for services and decide to cancel, you may be eligible for a refund based on the terms outlined in your individual service agreement. Refunds will be processed according to the remaining balance and any applicable cancellation fees.
   • Refunds for Unsatisfactory Services: If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery of the service to request a review. Refunds for unsatisfactory services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
   • Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, including but not limited to setup fees, initial consultations, or non-refundable deposits, may not be eligible for a refund.
